Running Start Forms and Guides

Running Start Forms
- Running Start Enrollment Verification Form (RSEVF) – Running Start students should complete and submit the Enrollment Verification Form every quarter before registering for classes. New students should complete this form as part of their Running Start new student enrollment packet. This form must be completed and signed by the student, the student’s high school counselor, and parent/guardian.

- Summer Quarter Running Start Enrollment Verification Form (digital signature version)
- Summer Quarter Running Start Enrollment Verification Form (non-digital signature version)
- Running Start Student Responsibility Agreement – This form is required for new Running Start students to complete and submit with the student’s new student packet when enrolling.
- Running Start Fee Waiver & Textbook Assistance Application – Complete this form and provide supporting documentation to apply for the Running Start Fee Waiver & Textbook Assistance program. Students only need to submit this form once in order to receive fee waiver and textbook assistance benefits for the duration of the student’s participation in the Running Start program at Highline College.

High School Equivalency Guides
Use your school district’s equivalency guide to help you select Highline College classes that fulfill your high school graduation requirements. Consult your Running Start Advisor or your high school counselor if you have any questions. If your school district is not listed, contact your high school counselor for guidance on selecting the appropriate courses to meet your graduation requirements.
